ENOUGH ALREADY!

Just because I take my Anubis masks out of the closet and wander around in them for 10 minutes and because Kim brings her Ganesh shrine from out of her closet and *temporarily* puts it on the mantel, does not mean that the Yazwinski University of Pagan Studies (YUPS) is open for business and taking students.

Really! It doesn’t!

I retired from the WCC 5 years ago because my path and the dictum of the WCC didn’t match. I’m not active, and don’t plan on changing that. I’m not interested in the day-to-day melodramas or the grandeous plans of those involved. I lived that odd existance for enough years to know I don’t want to go back.

Besides, my spirituality has grown in ways that wouldn’t match the dogma of the WCC. I honestly don’t believe that you can mould everyone’s spiritual experiences into a set of required workings and say that when they’ve completed those rituals that they’re now spiritually advanced. It just isn’t so.

The simplest of experiences may open vaults of information for those who are prepared and open to the knowledge. The same experience may be completely lost on another, or worse, in not “getting it” the supplicant convinces themself of a spiritual experience where one didn’t exist and goes off looking for the “next” forever cheating themselves of the experience that was right in front of them.

So silence the cosmic string that we inadverntently plucked – it’s a sour note, the energy has been wasted, and means nothing.
